The core of our concept is a multitude of experiences within a larger experience of sharing, tasting and experimenting with new flavours. Our dishes are influenced by our journeys around the world and have been crafted using locally sourced ingredients of the highest quality.
Our Vaults
Our downstairs dining area is a 200-year-old vaulted CHQ building, formerly known as Stack A. An architectural masterpiece in its own right, Stack A Vaults is a smart casual restaurant suited to intimate small tables, social gatherings or large groups. The unique layout of the vaults, each separated by centenary brick and stone walls, makes for an unrivalled atmosphere and setting. Serving both lunch and dinner, group menus, canapes and a lot more, it is a unique space to bring your relatives, friends or clients.
Our Vault Bar
The experience continues in the two bars, our most social, informal and vibrant spaces: our Taps+Tapas bar, on the ground level, and the Vault Bar, downstairs. You can share some tapas-style dishes and taste our exclusive selection of Urban Brews, brewed on-site. Alternatively, you're welcome to drink your way through more than 200 beers, over 100 wines, and a wide selection of spirits and inventive cocktails. Whether you prefer the more intimate setting of the vaults, or the bright and modern surroundings of our Taps+Tapas bar with its sunny Hop Garden terrace, there is always a spot and a smile waiting for you. We serve Tapas every day from 5pm, and our Tapas Brunch from 12.30pm to 3.15pm on weekends.
Brewery tours
With the first-of-its-kind brewery in Ireland, we are well suited to offer a variety of brewery tour packages and tastings. These can be organised in advance and a highlight we are really proud of. During these tours, you get to immerse yourself in the brewing process, taste whichever beers we are pouring at the time and meet the brewers for a more in-depth and approachable chat.
Overall, we aim to bring a multi-dimensional experience where Urban Brewing is an umbrella of many experiences. Ideally located in the IFSC, close to the 3 Arena, Dublin Convention Centre, Bord Gáis Theatre, and Croke Park.
